Mantispid : Any neuropterous insect of the genus Mantispa, and allied genera. The larvae feed on plant lice. Also used adjectively. See Illust. under Neuroptera.Mantissa : The decimal part of a logarithm, as distinguished from the integral part, or characteristic.
